TRULLII was born from an idea inspired by the ingenious people of Apulia, Italy, who, centuries ago, created an innovative, affordable, and easily assembled dwelling known as the Trullo. These structures provided shelter at a time when owning a house was financially out of reach for most families.
Several centuries later, the housing crisis is as pressing as ever, with Canada being no exception. Housing costs remain prohibitively high, while the construction process remains sluggish and burdensome. This predicament particularly affects individuals in the low and middle-income brackets, making it challenging for them to secure affordable mortgages or locate suitable rental housing options.

Our solution to the housing crisis involves the creation of Canada's first fully automated house factory, Trullii Genesis, dedicated to efficiently and sustainably constructing multifamily developments and single family homes.
This state-of-the-art factory represents TRULLII's initial foray into automation, employing advanced robotics driven by our proprietary digital modeling data. This approach guarantees unmatched production speed, quality assurance, and cost, time, and material efficiency compared to other housing manufacturers. The factory will serve as TRULLII's first production hub, extending our service area to encompass the entire Atlantic provinces of Canada and providing employment opportunities for up to 100 highly skilled individuals.

At the core of our factory's capabilities is the TRULLI Modular Building Model™ (TMBM), a patented innovation that allows us to construct housing 70 percent faster than traditional building methods, with up to 70 percent less waste and substantial cost savings, particularly in labor-constrained markets. The TMBM employs an integrated engineering approach, virtually constructing projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. This method eliminates surprises, reduces headaches, and mitigates risks. Our comprehensive scope of work also minimizes construction period finance charges and overhead expenses.
