In a pivotal meeting that could redefine the future of housing in Halifax, executives from Trullii Modular Home Systems engaged in a productive dialogue with Mayor Mike Savage. The discussions centered around Trullii's revolutionary project poised to bring unprecedented innovation to the city's housing landscape.


The executives, including Floran Lambie, Founder; Mario Zamfir, Founding Executive Director; and Hanan Toulany, Founding CFO, presented the visionary Trullii Modular Home Factory. The 400,000 sq/ft fully automated facility harnesses cutting-edge robotic technology, similar to the precision seen in the automotive industry. This technological marvel, set to open its doors in June 2025, holds the promise of transforming the speed and efficiency of modular house manufacturing.


Mayor Mike Savage, recognizing the value of Trullii's innovative approach, expressed keen interest in the potential benefits for Halifax. The fully automated environment and rapid speed-to-market capabilities presented by Trullii left an indelible impression on Mayor Savage, who acknowledged the pivotal role such advancements can play in addressing the pressing housing issues in Halifax.


"The Trullii Modular initiative represents a transformative leap forward in addressing our city's housing challenges," commented Trullii Founder, Floran Lambie. Trullii Modular Home Systems aims to contribute to the city's housing needs by producing 1200+ apartments annually, with plans to double this output through two shifts. The modular design, combined with the plug-and-play functionality, not only promises efficiency but also a flexible solution to meet the diverse housing requirements of the community.


The executives left the meeting optimistic about the prospect of collaboration with the city and expressed gratitude for Mayor Mike Savage's forward-thinking approach. As the project gains momentum, it is poised to set a new standard for housing innovation, positioning Halifax at the forefront of progressive urban development.
